    • Delegated credentialing, all but Medica, no “cherry-picking”, one set of forms, and one site visit. MRHC will soon provide credentials verification part of hospital privileging.  

  • Administrative support regarding contracts

    liaison role with health plans, work on your behalf to solve problems you haven’t been able to solve.
     
  • Assistance with health plan mandated Quality Assurance projects;do majority of patient satisfaction survey work, and do annual QA and quarterly complaint reporting.

    Mobile Computer Support contracted computer support and HIPAA staff services. MCSI’s normal rate $75/hr (which is very competitive) is $65.00/hr through MRHC with no charge for mileage within 30 mile radius from Granite Falls, and no hourly charge for windshield time. Without a contract the hourly charge is $71.50/hr.
